  3. Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging. For kits or sets, all components must be returned together.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Use the pre-printed return label included in your package. If you use a different courier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the package is sent to the address specified on the return label.
  3. Compliance Check: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If the item does not comply, we may return it to you at your expense or offer a partial refund.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
    • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account immediately, though the actual reimbursement to your credit card may depend on your card issuer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, including any original shipping charges.
